1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Zecrari (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of Viratham AI (the “App”), available on Google Play under package name com.zecrari.viratham_ai.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the App

Viratham AI is a Hindu spiritual companion application that provides:

• A smart Hindu fasting calendar covering 19 types of fasting days
• Daily Panchangam — Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Rahu Kalam, and Muhurtham
• AI-powered fasting recipes, sacred Katha stories, and Pooja checklists via GPT-4o
• An AI spiritual chat guide context-aware of the current fasting day
• Moon phase tracker with Pournami and Amavasai countdowns
• Vedic Palan (astrological reading) based on your Rashi and Nakshatra
• Fridge Camera Scan for AI-suggested fasting recipes from ingredients
• Support for Tamil, Tanglish, and English languages

The App is available in a free tier with daily usage limits and a Pro subscription with unlimited access to AI features.

3. License to Use

Zecrari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Viratham AI on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial spiritual use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent from Zecrari
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

4. AI-Generated Content

Viratham AI uses OpenAI's GPT-4o model to generate recipes, sacred stories, chat responses, Vedic Palan readings, and ingredient suggestions. By using AI features, you acknowledge:

5. Fasting Calendar and Panchangam

The fasting calendar and Panchangam data in Viratham AI are computed using standard Hindu astronomical algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, Panchangam timings and fasting day determinations may vary by region, tradition, and individual panchang authority. We recommend consulting your local religious authority for critical religious observances. Zecrari is not liable for any discrepancies in calendar data.

6. Pro Subscription

Viratham AI offers a Pro subscription that provides unlimited access to AI features, including unlimited recipes, stories, chat, and full Vedic Palan. The following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play in accordance with Google's billing policies
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policy
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings
• Zecrari reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Zecrari reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Pro features at any time

7. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of Viratham AI includes daily usage limits for AI features (5 chat messages per day, 1 recipe per day, 1 Katha story per day). These limits are enforced on your device and may be adjusted by Zecrari at any time. Zecrari reserves the right to modify free tier limits without prior notice.

8. User Conduct

When using the AI Chat feature, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is hateful, abusive, or discriminatory toward any religion or community
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the AI Chat to solicit or provide medical, legal, or financial advice
• Submit any personally identifiable information of third parties

Zecrari reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to AI features if misuse is detected.

9. Privacy

Your use of Viratham AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and functionality within Viratham AI — including but not limited to the app name, logo, UI design, and original written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Zecrari and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Hindu religious texts, scriptures, mantras, and traditional knowledge referenced in the app are part of the public domain or used in accordance with fair use principles for spiritual and educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zecrari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Viratham AI, including but not limited to loss of data, health consequences from following AI-generated recipes, or decisions made based on astrological content.

13. Termination

Zecrari reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Viratham AI at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Zecrari, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
