Speedometer Go is licensed, not sold. The free version is provided indefinitely at no cost. The Pro version requires a one-time payment of $4.99 USD (or regional equivalent) and grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for personal use on devices linked to your Google account.
You agree to use Speedometer Go responsibly and in compliance with local traffic laws. The app is a convenience tool and should never replace your attention to the road or vehicle instruments. Do not use the app in a manner that encourages speeding or distracted driving.
Speed readings are calculated using consumer-grade GPS sensors and may differ from certified vehicle speedometers or law enforcement radar. Factors such as signal loss, tunnel driving, or device orientation may affect accuracy. Speedometer Go is not a certified measurement device and should not be relied upon as legal proof without independent verification.
Pro upgrades are processed via Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy or, at our discretion, via direct developer refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for free-tier usage or after 30 days unless required by applicable law.
We aim to provide ongoing compatibility updates and feature improvements for all users. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older Android versions or modify features, though core functionality will remain accessible.
Speedometer Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use, including but not limited to traffic citations, accidents, device malfunctions, or data loss. Your use is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
