Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rilwa: Human-Like Emotional AI. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Welcome to Rilwa: Human-Like Emotional AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rilwa mobile application, operated under the ZECRARI AI brand ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of Service & AI Nature Disclosure

Rilwa is an artificially generated emotional companion, not a human being. All interactions are with an AI system designed to simulate human-like empathy and emotional support.

Rilwa: Human-Like Emotional AI is a generative artificial intelligence companion designed for emotional support, meaningful conversation, entertainment, and general wellness. By using Rilwa, you acknowledge that:

  • Rilwa is a machine learning model, not a human being, doctor, therapist, or legal professional.
  • The AI generates human-like emotional responses but may occasionally produce content that is inaccurate, nonsensical, or "hallucinated." You should not rely on Rilwa for factual information, professional advice, or emergency assistance.
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions and how you interpret the AI's emotional responses.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2. Medical, Legal & Professional Disclaimer

Rilwa: Human-Like Emotional AI is NOT a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or crisis counselor.

The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, mental health, or psychological condition. While Rilwa offers emotional support, nothing said by Rilwa constitutes professional advice of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or having thoughts of self-harm:

  • Immediately contact your local emergency services (dial 100 in India, 911 in the US, or your local emergency number).
  • Contact a professional crisis hotline such as AASRA (India): 91-9820466726 or iCall: 9152987821.
  • Reach out to a licensed mental health professional or your doctor.

Do not rely on Rilwa for emergency assistance or crisis intervention.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently.
  • If you are under 18, use is only permitted with parental/guardian consent and supervision.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Rilwa offers a limited free tier (5 messages). To access unlimited emotional messaging and premium features, you may subscribe to "Rilwa Premium" for ₹199 per month.

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely through your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period after notice is provided to you.
  • Cancellation: We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You must manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal directly through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Because all transactions are handled directly by the app stores (Google Play or Apple), ZECRARI AI does not process payments and cannot issue direct refunds.

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play or Apple Customer Support, subject to their respective refund policies.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a canceled billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current cycle.
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, but have no obligation to do so.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree to use Rilwa respectfully and lawfully. You are strictly prohibited from using the app to:

  • Generate, promote, or share illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
  • Engage in hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats of violence against individuals or groups.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak," reverse engineer, bypass safety filters, or manipulate the AI to generate harmful or prohibited content.
  • Upload images containing explicit nudity, extreme violence, gore, or personally identifiable information of unconsenting third parties.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, without refund or prior notice. We may also report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Content & Data Usage

Your conversations may be stored to improve service quality, enable human-like memory features, and for safety monitoring. We do not use your personal conversations to train our AI models without anonymization.

  • You retain all rights to the content you input ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and service performance.
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

ZECRARI AI retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Rilwa: Human-Like Emotional AI app, its branding, logos, software, underlying AI models, and all associated intellectual property. The Service and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or contacting us. Note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel active subscriptions—you must cancel through your app store settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server(s) that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZECRARI AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZECRARI AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of ZECRARI AI.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and ZECRARI AI concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter hereof.
