Rilwa computes your astrological birth chart from the birth details you provide, answers questions about it, draws and interprets tarot cards, compares charts for compatibility, and remembers what you share so it can refer back to it. By using Rilwa, you acknowledge that:

• Astrology and tarot are not scientifically validated methods of predicting events. Nothing Rilwa says is a statement of fact about your future, and “predictions” are interpretive suggestions, not forecasts.
• The AI may produce content that is inaccurate or “hallucinated.” Planetary positions are computed by the app rather than the AI, but the interpretations are generated and may be wrong.
• You should not make important decisions — about health, money, relationships, work or legal matters — based on a reading.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Rilwa is NOT a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or crisis counselor.

The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, mental health, or psychological condition. Nothing said by Rilwa constitutes professional advice of any kind.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account; under 18, only with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Birth details you enter for yourself should be accurate — the chart is only as good as the data. Only enter another person's birth details for a compatibility reading if you believe they would be comfortable with it.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Rilwa has a free tier with daily and weekly limits (currently two questions a day and one tarot pull a week). Paid options are sold through Google Play:

• Day Pass (₹49): a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited questions, three tarot pulls and one compatibility reading for 24 hours from the moment of purchase. It does not renew.
• Pro (₹199 per month or ₹1,499 per year): an auto-renewing subscription with unlimited questions, a daily tarot pull, unlimited compatibility readings and the full case file.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices shown in the app are set by Google Play in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal: Pro renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not offer free trials that convert into paid subscriptions.
• Price changes: Any price change takes effect at the start of the next period after notice, as Google Play requires.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Limits: Plan limits are enforced by our servers and may be adjusted; a change that reduces a paid plan will not apply to a period you have already paid for.

Because all transactions are handled directly by the app stores (Google Play or Apple), Zecrari does not process payments and cannot issue direct refunds.

• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play or Apple Customer Support, subject to their respective refund policies.
• Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a canceled billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current cycle.
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, but have no obligation to do so.

You agree to use Rilwa respectfully and lawfully. You are strictly prohibited from using the app to:

• Generate, promote, or share illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
• Engage in hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats of violence against individuals or groups.
• Attempt to “jailbreak,” reverse engineer, bypass safety filters, or manipulate the AI to generate harmful or prohibited content.
• Enter another person's personal data without a reasonable belief that they would consent.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, without refund or prior notice. We may also report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

• You retain all rights to the content you input (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable, at our sole discretion.

Zecrari retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Rilwa app, its branding, logos, software, underlying AI models, and all associated intellectual property. The Service and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or contacting us. Note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel active subscriptions — you must cancel through your app store settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server(s) that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZECRARI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zecrari and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Zecrari.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Zecrari concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter hereof.
