Bible verses are sourced from translations in the public domain or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written permission from Zecrari.

4Permitted Use

You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• ›Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• ›Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
• ›Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to the App

5Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zecrari does not warrant that:

• ›The liturgical calendar data or scripture content is completely accurate or current
• ›Notifications and reminders will always be delivered on time on all devices

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zecrari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Amazon for Bible purchases). These links are provided for your convenience only. Zecrari has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

8Notification Permissions

To deliver prayer reminders and daily scripture notifications, the App requires permission to schedule alarms and post notifications on your device. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions will disable reminder and notification features but will not affect other App functionality.

9Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. The updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

11Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
