Privacy Lens is a privacy and security analysis tool that provides the following functionality:

• App Scanner: Analyzes installed applications and their declared Android permissions to identify potential privacy risks.
• Breach Checker: Checks submitted email addresses against known data breach databases to determine if credentials have been exposed.
• AI Tracker Monitor: Identifies AI-powered applications and surfaces the sensitive data categories they access.
• Link Scanner: Analyzes URLs for phishing indicators and privacy tracking mechanisms.
• Privacy Health Score: Generates a composite score reflecting your device's overall privacy posture based on scan results.
• Background Auto-Scan (Pro): Periodically re-scans your device and delivers alerts when new risks are detected.
• Privacy Audit Reports (Pro): Generates exportable PDF reports summarizing your privacy scan history and findings.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Privacy Lens.
• If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
• If you are using Privacy Lens on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To function as described, Privacy Lens requests access to certain Android system resources. By granting these permissions, you authorize us to use them solely for delivering the Service's features:

• You grant Privacy Lens permission to read your installed application list and associated permission declarations for the purpose of risk analysis.
• You acknowledge that granting these permissions is voluntary. You may revoke them at any time via your Android device settings, understanding that doing so will disable related features.
• Privacy Lens does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or personal files.
• We do not transmit your full app list to external servers. On-device analysis is performed locally wherever technically feasible.

Privacy Lens offers a free tier with limited features. Privacy Lens Pro unlocks unlimited breach checks, full AI Tracker analytics, background auto-scan, PDF reports, and priority support.

Available subscription plans:

• Monthly Pro (Product ID: privacy_lens_monthly): Billed monthly.
• Yearly Pro (Product ID: privacy_lens_yearly): Billed annually, offering a significant discount over the monthly plan.

• Billing: All payments are processed securely through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. ZECRARI does not collect, process, or store your payment details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period, with notice provided in advance.
• Cancellation: You must manage and cancel your subscription directly through your Google Play account settings. ZECRARI cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Access to Pro features continues until the end of your current paid period.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial period expires.

5. Refund Policy

Because all transactions are handled entirely by Google Play, ZECRARI does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

• Refund requests must be submitted to Google Play Customer Support in accordance with their refund policies.
• Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
• ZECRARI reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances but is under no obligation to do so.

You agree to use Privacy Lens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using the app to scan, monitor, or analyze apps on a device you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to inspect.
• Using the Breach Checker to look up email addresses belonging to other individuals without their consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the app.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access control features of the Service.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to make bulk requests to the Service's APIs.
• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service without notice or refund.

7. Accuracy of Scan Results & Breach Data

• App permission risk classifications are based on our assessment criteria and may not reflect every possible risk or use case for a given app.
• Breach data is sourced from third-party databases. A "no breach found" result does not guarantee that your data has never been compromised — only that it does not appear in known, indexed breaches.
• Link and URL scan results are heuristic in nature and may produce false positives or miss certain threats.
• You should use Privacy Lens as one component of a broader personal security practice, not as your sole security measure.

8. Intellectual Property

ZECRARI retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in Privacy Lens, including its branding, logos, software, algorithms, risk classification models, and all associated intellectual property. The Service and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Privacy Lens at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Note that uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel through Google Play account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZECRARI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any scan result or breach report will be exhaustive or free from inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZECRARI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Reliance on any scan result, risk score, or breach report provided by the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed via the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZECRARI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect, either through an in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ZECRARI.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZECRARI with respect to Privacy Lens and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
